So recently I have received a pre-owned refurbished phone (about three weeks ago), and transferred everything over, and it seemed to be working fine, until this morning, when my phone started to ignore any input I try to put into the touch screen and only responds to the actual physical keys being pushed. When I leave the phone by itself, it seems to go through a weird process of opening the same apps every time, in the exact same order, like some weird glitch.
I have restarted the phone twice and have even tried taking off the screen protector, but so far nothing.
If it helps, I have ADW Launcher on my phone. It worked fine on my other device and up until now has worked fine here. As far as I know, my phone has not been overheated, gotten wet, sat on, or any other problem. I'm willing to do a factory reset but I really rather not if it can be avoided.
Can you help me?
