my back light went out. can anyone help ?

I never like to hear that you are having issues with your lighting on your device. It is important to us that your devices lights up and works as it should. To clarify, when you state the back light went out, are you stating that your screen on the device is completely black? When did this issue start? Does your device have any physical or water damage?
