I'm wondering what exactly the system volume controls on Galaxy S5. Sometimes everyone can hear my phone calls and I'm wondering if it has to do with system volume. I don't have anything checked under settings, accessibility, hearing.

I wouldn’t want for others to hear my conversation while on the phone & not using speaker phone. In the settings, are you able to change the volume level? Please go to Settings --> Sound & notification --> System. On the system slider, you can adjust to what you would like.
