I'm wondering what exactly the system volume controls on Galaxy S5. Sometimes everyone can hear my phone calls and I'm wondering if it has to do with system volume. I don't have anything checked under settings, accessibility, hearing.

We are so glad that you reached out to us here, because we’re always ready to provide a helping hand. Having the correct volume level on the phone is pretty important. I wouldn’t want for others to hear my conversation while on the phone & not using speaker phone. In the settings, are you able to change the volume level? Please go to Settings --> Sound & notification --> System. On the system slider, you can adjust to what you would like.
