It repeats every 10 seconds after the screen turns off, turning the screen back on each time. My question; How can I turn it off, other than powering down each time I charge it?
If I remember correctly it is the System volume setting. But there is something else going on if it continues to beep.. It should only do it once when you plug it in. If you have wireless charging it will happen when the phone charges.. the wireless charging stops and when the phone gets back to 99% it charges again causing the sound, repeat.
If you are plugging it in and its doing that check your cables, charger and lastly the phone USB port. But plugging it in should only happen once when you first plug it in.
I have seen this issue a lot and no one has found a system-provided way to turn off Battery Full notifications. A few S5 users mentioned this app HeadsOff - TickerOn - Android Apps on Google Play
which can turn off notifications for some apps and features selectively.
