What is this App and why is it appearing on my device?

Recently, the below screen started to appear when I open my Galaxy 5S - not always, only on occasion. I don't know where it came from, what it's app name is, or how to uninstall it. I have an idea it may be tied to the interface in my auto. I have the phone paired (Bluetooth) to the infotainment system in the auto, and have Android Auto installed, but not turned on. Any idea what's going on?

Perhaps it is the Samsung's version of Android Auto.

alnuwer, That is a great visual image of your issue. We'll get this application mystery solved. When does this appear on your phone in relation to how close you are to your car? What happens if you say "Hi Galaxy"?
