What should I do about a cracked camera lens cover?

The lens cover on my S4 is cracked. I need to get it replaced because the camera will not focus or work right without it. Does verizon do repairs like this? Would it be a warranty job (have it less than a year)? Can I replace it myself without risking (removed) it up? If your S4 isn't very old you have warranty on it) It's best to ship into Samsung for Repair as Verizon does not repairs..
