What should I do about a cracked camera lens cover?

The lens cover on my S4 is cracked. I need to get it replaced because the camera will not focus or work right without it. Does verizon do repairs like this?

Would it be a warranty job (have it less than a year)? Can I replace it myself without risking (removed) it up?

I saw the replacement parts on Ebay..

Contact Samsung for warranty work.  Weither it is free or not or what the deductible will be can only be answered by them.  As far as I know verizion does not repair phones. Repairing it yourself is a risky move and that would cancel and warranty you have left.  Also you have no idea if there is any damage behind the lens or if the lens and camera have to be calibrated.  Best leave this type of work to the experts.

If your S4 isn't very old you have warranty on it) It's best to ship into Samsung for Repair as Verizon does not repairs..
