Whenever I make a call it never stays on 4G it goes to 1X or just bars...What can I do to fix this!?
Calls are handled over 1X, data over 4G. So, unless you have Advanced Calling turned on, data and voice are not simultaneous.
Thanks this worked for me and was faster than contacting verizon through chat.
