I cannot hear phone calls
Found a solution....just pre-ordered the S7.
I understand how challenging it must be to use your phone when you are not able to hear on it vreid1989. Let's see what we can do to come up with a permanent fix so that you do not have to reboot the phone all the time. When did this issue start? Are you using a bluetooth or headset with your device? It does happen when 1st thing in the morning or after connecting my bluetooth. It has been happening for about 2 months.
vreid1989I would be concerned too if this were happening to my phone. After rebooting it, how many calls are you able to make before you need to reboot it again? Did anything happen 2 months ago?
