When Will Kitkat Version 4.4.3 Be Available to Verizon Note 3 Customers?

I have read elsewhere that the unreleased version 4.4.3 is intended to fix more than 2-dozen (or was it 3-dozen?) issues with Kitkat.  Obviously, the current 4.4.2 version was released prematurely and should have been skipped.  The only question now is how long will the wait be, and will I be able to install it from version 4.3? (assuming I can continue dismissing the daily assault of pop ups trying to force me t-o install V.4.4.2)
