When people call my phone, it says voicemail FULL even though there are really ZERO saves nor unheard messages
Idcanto, I'd be just as concerned with an experience like this too. Let's ensure everyone that calls you has the option to leave you a voice mail! Through your S4, if you dial *86, does the voice mail system state that there are any archived or stored messages through that area? Are you presently using visual voicemail as well?
