Where did Smart Manager go?

Provider: Verizon

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S6

Problem:

Smart Manager is missing, even though it should be included by default from Samsung and includes critical utilities: How do I use Smart Manager on Galaxy S6/ S6 edge?,

You can see that it's on the phone (Settings > Device > Applications > Application manager > All > Smart Manager), you just don't appear to be able to do anything with it.

VZW (and one other carrier) decided that you did not need it so it was excluded. Include the term xda in an online search for more info.

Well then why is it showing in app manager taking up space and were unable to remove it?!?
