I have a new S6 with G920VVRU2AOF1. I can't find Smart Lock anywhere. Any ideas? Thanks.
settings > lock screen and security > secure lock settings > smart lock
Thanks, but there is no "secure lock settings" on the "lock screen and security" screen :smileysad:
Change your screen lock to something other than Swipe and you should see the option for Secure Lock Settings.
You also won't see the option if screen lock is set to None; it should be visible if using Pattern, PIN, Password, or Fingerprints.
Ah, got it, at least sort of. I set it to pattern unlock (I had zero luck with fingerprints -- I tried that when I got the phone a few days ago) and the menu items for smart lock appeared. I set my current location as a trusted location. However I don't think it's working as intended, or I'm misunderstanding how it's supposed to work. When I turn on the screen I still have to either swipe or enter my pattern. I was expecting it to bypass the lock screen and just turn on to the home screen.
