Where is my Galaxy Note 3 update???

Ok.  I am extremely tired of waiting now for the KitKat update.  All other major carriers have rolled out the KitKat update for the Galaxy Note 3.  Verizon is one of the most expensive carriers in the market and you are last to implement updates. Even T-Mobile beat you to the update.  What kind of mess is that???

Verizon cares nothing about its customers..........PERIOD! No need to look any further than customer service!

Sure they are the biggest network with the best coverage but........they are the most expensive,  with the WORST customer service! The all mighty dollars is ALL they care about!

As I read everyone's questions about when we get the update Verizon does not have a answer . Another observation I needed to have my note 3 replaced because of a battery issue they sent me a replacement note 3 and told me to use the same battery.that was the reason I went to the store originally not to use the same defective battery they suck

Does that mean that the update will be made available? Are you actually going to update it, or was 4.3 the last update? My question is WHEN?!

Unfortunately, following Verizon on Twitter only leads to multiple advertisements and nothing of value for those people looking the Kitkat update.  Second, Verizon sends you a website that is filled with "stories" about EVERYTHING but what you are looking for, the update news for Kitkat.

Frankly, tired of Verizon bloatware within the Android update, which is the ONLY reason that the update has taken so long. Verizon is notorious for disabling some of the greatest features of Android, but then adding their substitute applications, most of which are worthless space killers...plus they eat your battery, and you don't even want them.

Once this contract is over, I will be cancelling all my Verizon contracts and move to a company that provides better service...IF THERE IS ONE. That said, their coverage is not that great either, which is their main claim to fame. I have been in buildings and because of the way their repeaters are pointing, I can get reception in one location, and five feet later, not have any coverage at all (NO SERVICE).  Contacting support, the only thing they tell you is they will check it out...that was 10 years ago and the problem still exists.

But to get back on topic...the KITKAT update will come out once everyone else is using whatever comes after KITKAT.

These threads are all useless. Verizon is the antithesis of transparency. None of us will know till they're good and ready. You can guarantee that this huge delay is fiscally motivated. They love to come in last as long as the bottom line doesn't suffer too much.

I just called and demanded a credit on my bill until kitkat is released,  they argued but after telling them I'd like to switch to another carrier then he said hang I'll I'll see what we can do.  They ended up giving me $20 credit on my bill for every month for the life of my contract.
