EVERY WHERE Samsung and forums say how to block SMS/text messages. Yet I cannot find it on my phone. How do I block UNWANTED text messages??
There are many "apps for that."

This is a HORRIBLE answer. It's BUILTIN to the phone!!!!!! Why would I pay Verizon for something I already paid for when I BOUGHT the phone?! Verizon should/MUST unblock it in the phone's software.
If it isn't available for you to use in your phone, then it isn't built into the phone.
We always want to make sure you receive the value for your usage features, kroot. You can use our Call and Message Blocking; this feature temporarily blocks up to 5 contacts for no additional fee. I do apologize for the confusion.

Samsung's site says it's built-in to the phone. Verizon has taken it out! Verizon must put it back in!
