Oh my, I am sorry to hear your usage isn't updating online. I know I like to keep tabs of my usage to avoid overages, so let's get this resolved. Are you able to see the usage when dialing #MIN, #DATA send from your device? Do you get an error message? Please share details so we can further assist.
