Did you pull down the notification shade and change the USB mode to File Transfer?

I DONT HAVE THAT OPTION ON MY PHONE
Depending on how many notifications you have open, you may need to scroll down to see it. If you still don't see it, have you tried a different USB port or a different USB cable?
