I successfully installed Nougat a few weeks ago and just recieved another update about 24 hrs ago. Now I am having problems in any screen that involves scrolling. For instance in Settings, my screen automatically scrolls to the bottom and will not allow me to view anything at the top of the list. I've tried a hard reset, but nothing changed. Can anyone help?

I ended up contacting Verizon support via chat, which was really convenient because I was multi-tasking with my 5 year old running around like a crazy person. She connected to my phone remotely and tried the cache trick, but nothing changed. She found that it was a known issue that was caused by the 3/27 update not installing properly. I had to backup to Verizon Cloud, do a factory reset and then restore everything from the cloud. Total [Removed] , but the update works fine on the phone now.

If you have a computer you can download smart switch to it and backup your phone to it. I don't know if you have wifi or not but that cloud could run into some serious data.
