I used to send pictures on Verizon Messenger + all the time with my Samsung Galaxy S7edge. Than last month it stopped and now I get "Service Not Active on Network"
I called Verizon support today and they said it was blocked. So they
unblocked it and had me power down the phone. When it came back up it
worked great. Don't know how it got blocked but it works know. Roger
using wi-fi or the network??
I have tried both, also my wife's phone is not working too.

Does this happen indoors/outdoors or both? Can you send a picture message without using Verizon Messages +? Like the stock application that came with your phone?
