Why Is There An Option For Carrier or Google Voice When Making Calls?

Question

Samsung S5, latest software updates.  When I hit green icon to dial, a pop up appears 'Outgoing call  How would you like to place your call to xxx-xxx-xxxx?  Cancel  Carrier   Google Voice"

I want the call to go over the carrier / VZW network rather than Google Voice.

It's probably a setting, but I can't find it.

Any ideas?

Somehow the Google Voice app was loaded onto the phone and needed the setup to be completed.  I does not appear the selections made at initial setup stick.  Every time I go back into the app it wants to complete the setup again.  Once I delete the app I should be ok.
