I connected my charger, but there's no indication that it's charging. And it keeps telling me to connect the charger. Not sure what the problem is. It's not hot or anything.
Thanks for getting back to me. I ended up taking the phone to my local Verizon store. They determined that the phone needed replacing and ordered a new one for me.

Have you tried a different cable or charger?
Different chargers, different outlets. Nothing works. I think I'll take it to the Verizon store later today, and see if they can do anything.

Do you recall any recent software updates or new apps or games? When did you first start experiencing this? Is the charging port loose or do you see any discoloration or damage?
