Let’s get your phone screen unlocked pronto Al. Your phone screen should unlock if you are entering the correct screen password/pattern. If the password/pattern you enter is not working you can access the phone by doing a Factory Reset; keep in mind that this option will delete every thing in your phone and if you do not have your data/pictures/contacts backed up you will not be able to recover.
