It says my line isn't eligible, but the Note 3 is VoLTE compatible according to the internet. Is there anything I can do to enable it?
It might not be available on a Verizon model of that phone.

I'm sorry to learn about the HD Voice on the Note 3. Unfortunately, this device is not compatible with HD Voice. Have you looked into an upgrade to a device that does have this capability? Just dial #UPG to check upgrade options.
