Why can't I do a motion screen capture after an upgrade?

Under Motions & Gestures -> Palm Motion -> Capture Screen is ON.    And I used to use this feature all the time, but now after the upgrade it's not working.  Any suggestion?  And is there another way to do screen capture?

Have you tried turning Capture Screen off and then back on and see if that makes a difference?  A system cache clear might help.  As an alternative, hold the Power and Home buttons down simultaneously.

Thanks - that worked (turning it off and on).  Makes me wonder what other settings didn't carry over with the upgrade though.
