Why can't I enter numbers on the keypad?

Hello everyone,

The number I enter thru the number keypad when I was calling is not working.

Do you guys know how to fix this issue?

I try to reset the phone,but the issue still coming out.

How long have you had the phone? if less than 14 Days I would return it for a new one or least check at the store and see if the Display model's keypad works...
