What do I need installed to open these attachments? I must have deleted something when cleaning up.
Some options include:
Go to the Samsung Apps store and download Hancom Office Viewer.
Microsoft Word - Android Apps on Google Play
Microsoft Excel - Android Apps on Google Play
Polaris Office 4.0 - Android Apps on Google Play
If you have a subscription to Office 365, then install that. If not, Polaris Office or another document reader will work. Google docs is another possibility.
