Why can't I record a video?

I've just gotten my Note 3 a week or so ago and have tried to record a video today and it won't record; it freezes and gives a record fail message.

We want you to have fully functionality to be able to record videos on your phone! Have you tried to force close the camera application and clear data/cache? If not, try this http://vz.to/1pBmqad Let us know if this helps.
