Can't send or receive pictures through MMS on Galaxy s7. Picture appears in Google Messenger with caption " Not Sent. Tap to try again". Mobile Data is on, signal is good, running Android 6.01 with last update, tried rebooting phone. Checked APN, which is : "VZWINTERNET". Same problem on another s7 we own. Any suggestions?

Zip code 97268. Problem started a few months ago.
Thank you for providing the ZIP Code. I am not showing any issues in the area. Were you previously able to send/receive pictures? Are you using the default messaging application or Message+?
