After upgrading from my Motorola Android to a Samsung s4 mini and using it for a couple of days, I now have issues with sending messages. Sometimes messages will go out right away but most times they appear to try to be sent but just keep staying in sending mode until I delete the outgoing message and it is never sent. I tired sending also in Safe mode and the same problem. Have opened a ticket with Verizon support a few days ago and there hasn't been any response. Has anyone else had this problem and I am curious what was done to fix it?
Thanks for any help with this as Verison seems unresponsive.
