I just got my new Samsung Galaxy S7 yesterday. I am a daily user of Messages+ and Integrated Messaging. However, when I select to restore my messages, I get a message telling me that I need to subscribe to integrated messaging. I go into the menu, and the option to subscribe is grayed out. So now, any texts I send through my computer are not showing up on my phone. It's incredibly frustrating. Please help.

HI GalaxyS7user ,
Please try this:
- Go to Applications Manager>Verizon Messages - Select ‘Clear DATA’.
- Restart your device
- Try install again
I hope that helps. If not, please let us know.
Thanks,
ALIE
