I used to be able to zoom during an advanced video call. Did some recent update remove this feature?
I’m glad you’re getting a chance to use the video calling on your phone, jetskier222. The option to zoom using the HD Calling Video https://www.verizonwireless.com/solutions-and-services/hd-voice/ is not available at this time.

I'm sorry to hear that. I used to be able to. Last fall my wife would call me during my daughter's soccer games and zoom in on her do I could watch he play. Now she can't.
