I don't know if I accidentally turned off the ability for callers to leave me a voicemail, but that's the problem I'm having. When someone calls my cell phone, the recording they get is "Hi Hunter. Hunter cannot come to the phone right now" and then hangs up on them.
I also can't access my voicemail to make changes to my voicemail account. What do I need to do to fix this?

Call verizon and they can reset your voicemail to default and then start over.

When did you start having this issue? Have you recently made any changes to you voice mail recording or added a new ring back tone? Do all caller get the same message when calling you? Do you have Basic or Visual Voice mail? What happens when you attempt to access your voice mail? How do you access your voice mail?
