This feature quit after the update on an existing alarm. Now there is no option to correct or add briefing. ANyone else have this problem? What else quit working?

We definitely want your alarm feature to be working on your device. I rely on my phone alarm as well. I just need a little more information: Do you have the S4 or the S4 Mini? When did this quit working? Where are you going to set this alarm? Is your phone set to silent. vibrate, or sound?

I have the same question I have a Galaxy S4 and use the briefing feature in the alarm. The featured would read my calendar, the weather iand the news as an alarm type option. After the update I can no longer find the feature. Is there an app to replace it or can it be reinstalled?
ramtallen1, I can understand how that feature of the phone can be a pretty cool one to have. After doing some research it looks like this is not an option in the device any longer. We don't have any suggested 3rd party applications to download on the phone. But, you can always search the Google Play Store for different alarms that might be out there.

That is not a great answer to the question. I would have delayed the upgrade had I known that the feature was going away.
DuluthDude I can understand why you are not happy with our answer as it doesn’t help your current situation. I truly wish we had a better solution for you. Please keep in mind that we don’t actually manufacture or create software updates. We provide you with cellular and data service. After the last update briefibg is no longer listed as an alarm type in Clock. Is there an app to replace it or can it be reinstalled? I think the last time I updated was March 30.
