Can anyone give me help with why my Note 3 gets such poor reception in my house, and it has not always done this?
What is your network set to? Global? Try and change it to LTE/CDMA or if it's set to that already, try setting it to Global.
baustinjr, having reliable service is important. We always want you to be able to use your phone no matter where you are. Let's work together and get this figured out. You stated this has not always happened, but when did this start happening? Have you recently upgrade to this current device? What happens when you try to make a call or send a text message?
