Why do my contacts keep getting erased from my phone?
What cloud are you using for backup? You should have your contacts in Gmail, unless you always saved them to the phone and didnt back them up manually or with Verizon Cloud.
VAL4806- Disappearing contacts is definitely something to be concerned with. Let's find out what is going on. First, what make/model phone do you have? How often are you seeing contacts being deleted? Please provide some additional details so we can get this resolved for you.
