S4 downloaded update this am. phone was disconnected. Went to VZW reload utility - started reload & went to 98% & stopped. Retried went to 81% & stopped. Then it told me to click lower selection to repair- my phone was not listed so no recovery code. I downloaded latest kies 3. opened it and screen says close vzw upgrade assistant and retry kies 3. Can't find upgrade assistant running . Phone is unusable. Please help. Thanks. Marc

Upgrade assistant is an application that should be asked to be installed when you connect your phone to your PC using the USB to phone data/charging cable and is ran from your PC with phone connected to your PC.
