my phone keeps asking to do a software update even though i have done it twice already. is this an issue or should i keep doing the update? it says the update was successful after each time.
There might have been a couple of updates in its queue when you got. I might try a factory reset especially since you just got it and you might not have had too much personalizing done yet.
