Why does my phone say "Wireless Caller" on the home screen when I miss a call and not the phone and contact info in my address book? How can I change that?

Why does my phone say "Wireless Caller" on the home screen when I miss a call? The person is in my contact so why can't it say their name and number? Is there a way I can change this on my phone?

Did you try going to the Verizon window with all the goodies listed and click on the "Caller Name ID" app?
