Why doesn't the software upgrade assistant showup in Autoplay when I plug in My S3?

I plugged my phone into my PC and the Autoplay doesn't show an option for Software Update Assistant

I'm sorry this option is not populating for you Frce81. What computer system are you using? What option are you attempting to use? Are you attempting to save your contacts, pictures or music?
