The Verizon voice mail icon has stopped working to access voicemail on my Samsung Galaxy 4. Even though I don't have the visual voicemail subscription, up until yesterday I was able to go to the voice mail keyboard by simply touching the Voice mail app. I spent time yesterday with tech support and did a forced stop, deleted the cache and then deleted the data and today the representative at Costco did a reset of my phone and it is still not working. I would appreciate any suggestions.
