Why is is there a problem S6 wireless charging?

I had wireless charging problems after the first software upgrade last year. When my phone was below 60%, it would not charge on the wireless charger. Plugged in, it was fine.

Now with this update, I have a wireless charger on my desk at work. At 96%, it says 10 minutes until full. 20 minutes later, it still says that.

I do not have any battery monitoring apps on my phone. What else can I do?

The wireless charging pads are a great accessory to have with your phone fuzzy0524. We definitely want to make sure we get this working again with your phone. When you took your phone off of the wireless charger, did the phone still only show 96% or did the battery continue to drain as if it wasn't charging? Does this happen both with and without your case on it? Is there any damage to your phone?

Make Sure you are using a 2 Amp wall charger not a 1A. Also make sure your charging cable has 4 wires not 2
