Why is my Samsung S7 falling apart ???

ALCON,

My wife's Samsung S7 is literally coming apart at the seams. The glue that holds the halves together is failing & the halves are separating. Is there something that can be done to correct this device quality problem? If a repair cannot be made, can she get a replacement device?
