Everyone can hear my calls on Samsung 5. It is like speaker phone is on...but it is not. When I turn the speaker phone it just gets louder.
If you look under settings>accessibility>hearing and make sure none of the choices are selected.
If you're able to take a short video of it happening and posting it we can give you an idea if it's unusual. Or you can take it into Verizon.
Where is the volume at when this happens? 1/4 up, 1/2?
1/4 of the way up....so not loud at all
a quarter or less.
