Why when I use Backup Assistant Plus do I have to turn off my network access? Does anyone else have this issue or have they seen it before?

I have to shutdown down my access to my wireless network to complete a backup using "Verizon Backup Assistant Plus". If I don't turnoff the wireless, it fails with "Lost connection" I see that when I start the backup it first is using the wireless, then I see the 4G light flash. Can anyone answer me why this has started to happen?

Making sure you are able to back up your contacts is important and we don't want there to be any hiccups. To be sure, when you mention needing to disconnect from you network access are you referring to a WiFi connection or cellular?
