Why when my S7 Edge says it is exporting data or app; it never does?

I have downloaded An Tu Tu Benchmark (as an example of many others) and have gone to "Application Manager" then clicked on the app and it gives me the ability to "change" storage. However when I click on "change" then select SD Card a screen comes up that says it's exporting it but it never does. Why is this?

I have no answer just the same problem.  If anyone could help us that would be great.
