Bought ringtone from Verizon tones and it will not download.
Thanks so much for reaching out tsnew2. Let's ge those custom tunes a rocking! Are you getting an error message? Where were you trying to download them to? Have you tried turning off Advanced Calling and then retesting? To turn this feature off Menu>Settings> Advanced Calling.
