I bought my phone a few month ago, it was working flawlessly on 4g LTE. two days ago, it stopped connecting. I was 1x or 3g. Verizon tech support had me remove the battery, wait 20 seconds and restart, still wouldn't work. (they said no network issues in my area). Then I called samsung and they had me delete the cache using the safe mode menu, that didn't work. Then they told me to do a factory reset, still no luck. Has anyone else had this problem?
