I plug it in to the original charger, and an error message comes up saying I need the original charger. Or it doesnt charge at all. Nothing wrong with phone or charger.
Stingrey82 We certainly want you to be able to charge your phone. I charge my phone every night to get ready for the next day. Together we will get it working. The first thing we want to do is make sure the software is updated. Please go to apps – settings- about device – software update – update – read warning and tap OK – OK again.
