Why won't my screen rotate?

My Samsung Galaxy 5 a few days ago quit changing orientation when turned sideways. I use this feature a lot and wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem and knows how to remediate it.

Try doing a soft reset by restarting the phone, pr removing the battery and then reinstalling it and rebooting the phone.

Check your settings, Display, and be sure screen rotation didn't inadvertently get turned off.

Can you show me how to remove the battery? I'd already though of that, but

didn't know how to do it.

It's not apparent from looking at the case.

I also use this feature a lot on my device, SuzyQ605. Let’s get to the bottom of this and find a solution. Is this happening with multiple applications or just one specific application? Also, do you have “Screen Rotation” turned on in your settings? Click here for more details: http://bit.ly/1soLggg
