I cannot get my Cellular data to work to open any apps even though I am not on WiFi and have the toggle on for for cellular data. Can you help?

I want you to love us and our network! Please power down the device remove and reinsert the Sim card and retest. If the issue persists, Please let us know what zip code are you in. Does the issue happen outside as well?
