I have noticed that when using my wifi at home that if my note4 doesn't show at least 3 bars on the connection, my phone will not load things until the bars go back above 3. It's very misleading to see 3 bars and it work than drop to two and nothing loads. If I'm not getting the signal needed to download or upload. Then why am I seeing the signal at all? This has been happening since an update over a year ago. Not sure if the update caused it or if my phone has an issue with using a low signal to download. Any thoughts or ideas to fix this would be appreciated.
